What is Fansadox 246? It's not on the catalogue. Will it ever appear? Is it delayed? Was it cancelled?

246 was "Vampire Realm" by Lady Heather, published in October 2010 on bdsmartwork.com as featured comic.
But seem there are still some more comics, that don't reach it in the comics list from dofantasy.com, for example "Betrayed", featured comic in September 2003.
