Your line should be curved, not straight. The Viewing angle is slightly below her. And she's not a Kardashian.

Argh, i've got the point of view now! You're right, it's because of looking-up perspective! Those nipples are really hungry for some needle on them, make them bruise red and purple, lovely!

I really don't get enough feedback. There's practically just one guy and everyone else is quiet.

I know my work is not conventional bdsm it's more like hardcore R. Corman. But even so.

Well, honestly people tend to discussion when you show them some image sample!
- I'm sure people 'll comment more when new "Glimse on what's cooking" topic pop up with your work and other artist work in there.
- Lacking of new "Glimse on what's cooking " topic is the main reason for this inactive!

If only that were the case. I release a 116 page comic and not even Ernest Greene makes a comment.

It practically sticks out like a sore thumb. Frankly demoralizing. :(

Well, for long discussion with Dof artist, i can chit chat with you guy all day about how good or how bad art style is in my opinion. but other people didn't know much about design business so they didn't have much opinion to share unless you give them some example image to talk about!
BTW 116 page comic is quite a life time 's episode, and i did use it as a figure for my practice!

Well this place is fairly quiet now days.

My self, I try to stay out of commenting if the end product isn't really 'my thing'. All this is, after all, paraphilia and people tend to be really picky/strange when it comes down to what it is exactly that gets them going. For me there's no artist here who does it perfect, which is very understandable. So this leaves me to take what I like from a comic, art or script, and somehow ignore the parts I don't like in the art or script. There's good pats, neutral parts and bad parts (for me). In the end it comes down to if the good parts outweighs the bad parts (if I will buy the comic).

The story is important to me. I'm very much for the mind games of bdsm, so that's what I look for. I like submissive women, I don't like to hurt them for hurting sake. If it's for degradation and humiliation I can accept to see a pretty hard beating, but don't like to see permanent damage or mutilation. The 'snatch a girl and keep her locked up and hidden away' script is so boring (to me), I don't think I ever buy a comic again with that theme. I like to see the girl controlled, but not locked up. She might be tied down/up, have her hands cuffed, legs split by a locked on spreader bar, put on a leash, from time to time, as means of humiliating and playing with her. Preferably one should be able to take her out in public (with or without bonds). I prefer contemporary settings, although the civic laws might well bee altered. Don't like to see magic or any other alteration of the laws of physic.

A defining description of the theme I would like to see is; you should be able to send the girl on an errand, without guards, and she would come back (maybe not willingly or be happy about it, but by her own motor).

Art wise, I like tall slender beautiful girls, with firm, round and generous sized boobs (but not basket balls). Preferably fit with well toned legs and and a hint of defined abs. No she-hulk though. Def a turn off. Faces cute with sparkling eyes. Hair long, out or in ponytail. Hair colour doesn't matter. Ethnicity, prefer white caucasian, but other can work. The men should be normal, nondescript. No ogres. Ugly is always a turn off. I like to see sexy clothing. Esp high heels. But stockings, corsets, catsuits, etc, is a plus.

Sorry for rambling on a bout me; how does your comics end up?
Well, I love your girls. The art is simply awesome. Esp the faces and eyes. No other artist at Dof does it better.
But the setting. The scripts. Wrong time in history. Sorry to say, but to much of it is in the 'not my thing' box. And there's to little sexy clothing or humiliation scenes to counter.
In the end, I love to see pics of your girls, but doesn't like to read the comics.

Ferres! Dearest Ferres...you do know how I LOVE your art don't you? Your post here puts a deep pain in my heart, it truly does my friend...above all other artists here, it is your dramatic scenes, your darkness, your wonderful painting, which I admire most..
Even yes, ENVY...I do envy the perfection of your painting. I do.
This is not satire, I really do mean this quite seriously..

I'm so bad at maintaining conversations long term...I know, i comment and feedback on some things for awhile but then I'm off somewhere else... I do apologize. I should get with you more often about your amazing art and dramatic images..

It's hard to prise enough the art of Ferres. There's no gap, no failure giving room to complains or 'advices' to discuss in regards to the "art". Specially when costumers of this genre are very quiet and reserved people.
My personal thoughts about Ferres it's that he could be a hit exploiting the "gothic" style-genre in the right tune. He already has the dramatic, gothic style, the reds, pales and dark colors, the Rembrandt lightning... I see huge potential in the horror gothic genre in the vein of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, Phantom of the Opera, Vampyres and all of that. (The "Twilight" frenzy is only an example, of what can that genre move in audience).
There's a huge gothic following and Ferres is the only and best gothic hard-core-XXX-BDSM artist that I know.

In a way, this is the only place I exist in. This strange middle genre that's not completely one or the other.
It quiets my mind from debilitating thoughts that would end me.

It is a struggle to justify my own existence. In fact I can't, but working on these strong images distracts the mind. This is probably why I'm here. No other genre creates such powerful imagery that for a moment at least I forget those crippling thoughts. Keeping long projects going is both therapy and my excuse to go on.

What I put on screen is everything.

Roberts, there is really nothing to envy about me. I'm like a loser drug addict/alcoholic, just the substance is this odd kind of creativity. But I must say, your original Black Van brought me here and fired me up so long ago. I appreciate that. Things are a bit different now and it's getting harder to keep it together.

If you're wondering what Sura is. It's a part me. The part that got lost. The analogous what if. When ever you see a child in a page, that is me.
