I don't have it exactly in that pose, but I remember DARK VENGEANCE 1 has several over-the-shoulder carrying of the women.

There were also a couple from CONFISCATED TWINS 2 if I recall, as well as towards the end of CHEERLEADERS 8.

For moving women I often imagine that their wrists are cuffed behind, elbows cinched together, ankles shackled to a hobble chain about 1 1/2 feet long, high-heeled pumps or boots clacking on cement floors. Despite the short hobble chain, the girls are ordered to move quickly, always more quickly. Their captor has a short whip he uses across their buttocks frequently to exhort the girls to move faster to the scene of their next humiliation, punishment, or r@ape.
