I doubt that would be very successful. Not many people wish to connect their identity to this site. I know I wouldn't, even though I love this site.
Besides, I'm fairly certain this site wouldn't be allowed by Facebook or Twitter 's policies concerning nudity

I remember DoFantasy having a facebook page a while back. I saved it, but then a few days later it was gone, so I assume it was removed by facebook.

I think a Facebook page can work,you would just have to watch what pics you put up. Pornstars and adult sites have pages there,so why not this one?
