I regognized Miles O´Keefe and Deborah Shelton in this Clip. So it should be "Sins of the night" USA 1993. Not sure, mind you. But a qualified guess.

Everyone tastes vary, but this whole production company has been one of the biggest disappointments ever for me. Gorgeous girls, enough trappings of plot, but barely any actual bondage or r@pe. So much potential and falls so flat.
