Nebezial does some of the fastest work in fantasy art. It's a form of speed paint that he refined very well.

He does like dragons a lot. :44

Well, Nebezial dude actually use a brush library to draw dragon scale, so it's easy and fast for him to draw dragon. Yeah he also use brush for alot of other stuff.
BTW here is my pin-up since you ask for it: It's TOTALLY brush: Image

Once you know your brush library well enough you can draw very fast (plus Nebezial own a damn Cintiq).
First I waste a lot of time to find where is the brush i need among huge brush librarys, but when you do it alot you 'll know what to do and do it very fast!

Something I just finished:
http://ferres.deviantart.com/art/FlyGirl-397092778
Did not use the brushes yet but I'm getting the hang of it. This was done in a day.

I was asking if you want me to do a pin-up with your ideas. :D

I think I can get close to Nebs speed if I'm willing to compromise on some panels. But my OCD might not let me.

"The day Ferres draw clothing for girl 'll be the Armageddon of mankind" That's what i thought until i saw that fly girl pic, quite a funny thought.
Well, actually, there're some problem with my brush. You can see two brushes here, if you want to draw more skull you should uncheck the Dual Brush option of them:

hébergement gratuit
- For all of those tentacle and back ground above took me around half an hour to drawing all of them including colored, brush seem like artist 's weapons. And Nebezial have a damn powerful arsenal.
- BTW i 'll update my brush soon and share it with you, but please dont share it too widely, because it's our weapon.!
- If you dont used to those brush yet then do some minor pin up 'll be good. Knowing you weapon well enough and it 'll become more than an assistant, it's your dearest friend!
- In the picture above, i didn't draw the girl's detail, i just focus on the useful of brush, so i save a lot of training time with brush.
There're tons of brush sets in deviant, but most of them is useless "stamp" and nothing like my bone brush.

Thanks!
The thing I like the most is that it taught me the true value of customized brushes. I've made a few before to get a better color application but never in this way. :44

When Bego posts the latest update, it will reflect the new approach.

Now, at this juncture I can move to a new project or just continue 'The Proto' to completion.

What kind of "approach" anyway? BTw did you feel comfortable while using my brush yet? Do you need more brush to draw chain, or tube for sci-fi stuff?
I find it's quite funny while you drawing naked girl running around all day, but you never touch something a tarzan girl?

Just like what you saw with the 'FlyGirl' pic.

Some brushes are just a little too elaborate for the simpler retro vibe in Proto.
I'm fine with the current ones you sent. I've used a couple of the brushes and made a few simple ones too. I need to tweak them myself so they'll match the textures I have.

Jungle Girls? In my youth yes. I own a few mondo cannibal dvds myself. Now I prefer to contrast the nudity with more civil backdrops.

Well, you can alway mix up jungle girl with civil stuff, for example: Some poacher captured a jungle girl then bring her to the city, trade her as a slave, but she escape, then she make some nice friend with city's animal...etc. :22
