Well, i'm just curious about your working flow. Did you use photoshop custom brush set to speed up your work? Here is an example of my brush using:

It speed up the progress alot, drawing bone, spine, dirty textures, detail armor almost everything can be done simply with right brush set!
I can share my bone brush set if you interesting with it. I Hope it useful for you.
