Thanks to all who have replied, especially Glandux, Gary Roberts and Fernando. Unfortunately for me, by the time I checked Fernando had removed his video from Youtube, so I did not get to see who it is done.

I would enjoy hearing more from anyone else with the knowledge.

Sorry to see the video removed as well. Would it be possible to have a behind the scenes section at the Dof website? I belive the interest in this would be massive, just look at all new dvd's and bd's that ships with extra material from the production of the movie.
