I just ran across this and thought I'd share:
http://www.comicsalliance.com/2011/05/1 ... da-border/
It looks like the Canadian border patrol is getting it's panties in a bunch whenever they see comics with adult themes come across the border.
I think the scariest part is the quote from one of the guards saying "...this looks like something we shouldn't be allowing in the country."
Uh, there ARE adults in the country, right?
Comics stopped at the Canadian border?

I bet these guys go home and watch movies like ' Hostel' and ' Saw'. That's obviously perfectly acceptable... people being hacked to bits!

Canada pretty much bans any BDSM-related material, along with a whole lot of other things, from entering the country.
That's what they get for taking advice from Katherine MacKinnnon.

I'm getting a kick out of reading about the staffer who displayed a "Stop Harper" sign in the Canadian Congress. I know that she's a woman, but she's got balls!
Canada bans most BDSM material? I would have thought legislating morality would have been beneath them, but you never can tell when a politician will decide to pursue their own private agenda.
