The long awaited second part of MARS PENAL COLONY
http://www.dofantasy.com/english/USAFC265MarsPenal.htm
In 2040, the governments of the Earth established the Mars Penal Colony “Copernicus” to mine the rare element Martinite, the essential key to powering a world overpopulated and with diminishing resources. Sent to this desolate outpost were the scum of humanity who society had deemed too dangerous to stay on the already overburdened planet. Being transferred to the Martian mining colony was considered to be a death sentence.
When the notorious convict Mad Satan seized control of the prison’s automated security system “WHIPONE” he single-handedly became the ruler of the sprawling steel complex.
He would keep the prisoners mining the precious ore, but with a few conditions.
The first of these being a supply of shapely women convicts to be assigned to the colony to help inspire his men to work hard!
Once a woman entered the factory, they weren’t expected to last long. The supply of females would constantly need to be renewed.
Colonel Wasp has just been assigned as chief warden of the prison. The buxom woman has been ordered to do two things. Keep the supply of Martinite flowing, and make sure that Mad Satan doesn’t get out of control.
The sexy officer knows how to do her job, and is confident she can keep any man in line, even a psychopath like Mad Satan...
ENJOY!

I just got this free through BDSMartwork.com and I perused through it, and it's looking very good and violent. I'm going to go reread the the first volume, which I also loved.
Thanks for this great comic!

I second that. This is a good one with wall to wall twisted sex-action and engaging power-play between the sex-crazed inmates and the equally depraved "authorities". Great work as always on this one Moffett. Looking forward to the next installment.

Agreed. Great comic. Better balanced than part 1. I too look forward to part 3, where hopefully Colonel Wasp will meet her nemesis in Mad Satan!

That's an interesting question.
One explanation maybe that in this near future, society has become bloody racist (maybe even more than it is now - check the stats about withe/non-white penal population in the US).
Anyway it's a question that only the writer of the story can answer.
These Moffett's comics correspond to the same saga that Fernando Illustrated in the series Women Hunt.
You can find these Fernando's comics at

(If you buy them now you can benefice from the still running offer of 10% discount for 3 comics or the 15% for 5 if you buy the novels too. You can find part 1 in BDSMartwork.com too for free if you're a member.)
You can find the excellent original novel by I. Smith (Another 'N....' pseudonym) originally written in Spanish and illustrated by De Haro.

This artist just keeps getting better. The visuals are more dramatic, the stories more engaging and, perhaps best of all, the characters have interesting and diverse personalities. The narrator in particular really conveys the feeling of the experience very believably, adding to the impact of the work as a whole.
Hope the wait for Part Three isn't as long. Definitely want to see the inevitable confrontation between the guards and the prisoners.

Moffett must, as Nuria suggested, be modeling his 'prison" after something which would be typical of the US. In a country of 350 million people which dominates the North american land mass at approximately 2000 x 3000 miles, the US has over 2.5 million people in prison. most of them in some minority group. Blacks predominantly. With only 12% of the population black we don't seem to have a reasonable explanation for how they are 80-90% of the prison and jail population, the rest filled in with Latins and some white folks just for laughs I guess.
